| + | Ugandan NGOs are heavily networked among each other. 72% of those included in the Oxford survey belonged to a local NGO network or umbrella organisation, most commonly the Uganda National NGO Forum (67%) Development Network of Indigenous Voluntary Associations DENIVA (30%)(Barr et al 2003).
